2nd Generation mr2 shut down or whats to

one more thing i'll be driving 40 or 60 mph but when come to light or stop sign my tacho will sometimes fall under 500 rpm or and somethime it will shut off.
but it will just start right up.


O my tps its good already tested

could that just be time for tune up?

Do you have to cycle the key for it to fire back up, or only re-crank it? Mine does the same thing but won't start till the key gets cycled. Haven't found the problem yet, thinking Ignitor or ECM.

Adjust your idle and see if that helps. 850-900rpm @ idle-warmed up. Faulty ignition components can also be cause .

its allready at 850-900

its when i hit the clutch to a stop sign my tach needle fall past 500 rpms or just turns off
