88 N/A MR2 No Start

I have an 88 MR2 that won't start. I put in new plugs and wires, air filter, and a new fuel pump . Everything is stock. When I spray some type of cleaner, ie brake clean, throttle body cleaner, ect. it will run just fine, as long as I'm feeding it. So that eliminates all spark end of it. I have FULL battery voltage at both terminals of all 4 injectors and that never changes, NOID light doesn't blink or anything even when car is running on TB cleaner. What all inputs does the ECM use to determine when to pulse the injectors, and where are they located/what are the reference values to determine if they are working correctly? I've checked relays and fuses and so far nothing, tried grounding different parts of the motor to each other because of something I read on another thread here about a ground strap missing and causing a no fuel problem, but I couldn't find those wires on my car at all. I just put in a fuel pump today and have good fuel pressure as far as I can tell, replaced the fuel filter (external and internal pickup filter) as well. The wiring diagrams on the MR2OC website don't really offer much help, so any links to full Toyota Big Green Book manuals would be nice. Any other advice or information would be really helpful.

Thanks!
PS. I'm a Mazda/Kia/Suzuki Tech in Waco Tx if anyone needs anything. :P

I looked for an online wiring diagram and BGB for your model yr.without success. But did find this link. Don't know if it will help. I will try again later when I get home from work.

ECM fixed it, but now I have charging light on and a cooling fan light on, plus it idles at about 2500 RPM. I think the idle is due to the charging system having a problem.
