In my opinion, for the N/A ,OEM wires are the best for the money. And Platinums for plugs.

I'm not familiar with a "2" gap plug of any kind. Unless you mean split fire or V Power. But they only have 1 gap. I've tried the both back when I had my '92 N/A, but I didn't notice any gains.

NGK Coppers, Iridiums, and platinums are all fine for a STOCK N/A. Unless you are running mega HP, the stock voltage is good too. I recommend staying with stock temerature plugs.

Use NGK Coppers and change them often. They're only $8 for a set of four.

How do you have 142 HP stock? The 1991 5S-FE was 130 HP stock.

5SFE is the 2.2L N/A motor in the 91-95 MR2s.
3SGE is the 2.0L N/A motor in the JDM 95+ MR2's, this later became the BEAMs motor.
3SGTE is the 2.0L Turbo motor in the 91-95 MR2's. It was changed slightly in 94 & 95 with a different ECM program and a smaller, faster spooling turbo.
I'm pretty sure this is correct, but anyone feel free fix any mistakes.
