Okay, well Currently, i have a 2000 Hyundai Accent gl, sedan.

Im talking to a guy about trading my car for 1 of his MR2's. a Red one, 92, Manuel everything (steering, windows, locks), No Turbo, 5 speed Stickshift, the interior needs a lil work but i like doing that stuff.

A White MR2, with a blue pin stripe down the middle of the car, rolled fenders for the tires, 5 speed Stickshift , no turbo, Power Everything(steering, windows, locks), pretty much everything you can do to it has been done he claims, and has a new shifter boot lol,

all this for a straight up trade, heres link for pics

How much is your Hyundai worth? You're talking 8yrs old compared to 16yrs old. And it's a N/A(non-turbo)prolly only worth about $2-3k at the most.

well, hes got everything that he can do to it done,

and my hyundai is prolly worth i dunno 4k? i have everything stock in it except my own mods that i can take out, and its only got 70k miles on it.

How many miles do the MR2s have on them?

The red one looks like it was built/used for autocross. Being non-turbo, hardtop, and manual everything makes it the lighter of the MR2s available, making it a favorite for autocrossers.

In my opinion, the white one looks completely riced out. I think the blue stripe and blue seat are hidious. The body looks a little beat and run down as well. Not to judge, but it kinda gives an indication it wasn't cared for so well.

And what exactly does "hes got everything that he can do to it done" mean? Besides the stripe and the ugly blue seat, it doesn't seam to have a whole lot done. Looks like maybe headers and an exhaust as well?

We'd definately need more information on either car to decide if they're really worth your time. Good luck, though.
