New Member Got Bunch Of Questions

hi im a new member i just bought my first car a 87 mr2 i wanted to make some upgrades it is all stock i have been looking through the net for some parts like body kits can you give suggestions of some nice upgrades for this car ( im just a student so i dont have too much money) in am looking also for changing the radio and speakers but i have doubts on what the unit under the driver seat is for the one with the speaker . i wanted to remove it but i do not know how will it affect the car . if you can give me ideas on simple upgrades it would be greatly appreciated i am gonna try to buy radio and speakers by this week so please comment or reply about speakers amps and other stuffs thanks a lot and i look forward on your replies

i just replaced the radio on my 88 mr2, just to let you know its not a din, its a side bolted radio, it is an extremely easy install, as for performance parts and body kits i dont know

the subwoofer under the seat isnt really needed, first check if it works, and if it does just keep it there for bass
