Hey guys. I was driving my car today and it started shuttering pretty badly. It came and went not too often. It would throw a CEL but when I turn off my car and turn it back on, the CEL is gone. I did a compression test and it went (from left to right, facing the front of the car):

153 150 145 150

Whats supposed to be the PSI? I searched but can't find it. What else could be causing it? I just want my new baby to drive smooth like it were brand new.

Today I did an oil change and added TX-7 to it as well. Then I did a fuel system cleaning. Yesterday I filled it up with 91 octane. You think that maybe it had old fuel in it? and probably just hadnt been run for a while? it hasnt shuddered at all *knock on wood*.

BTW, I love the T-VIS system. 4500rpm is my favorite haha.

you should have flashed the code out, so you kno what your working w/... thats the whole purpose of a CEL.

now you just wasting money shooting in the dark.

Well luckily the plugs and wires were cheap (and I needed them) but everything else is free of charge. Gotta love working at Jiffy Lube.

Every time the CEL comes on i'm away from the home and unable to flash the CEL. I need to get some wire ready for next time it comes on.
