New engine, got problems!

So i just got my car back a week ago, got it licensed yeseterday and was driving it around all day yesterday and it ran fine. The only thing i noticed that didnt seem right is when the car gets above 3000 rpms, it seems like it hesitates... but still boosts, sometimes it will take off but it mostly seems like its dragging ass.

Today when i was going to the store, I made it about 3 miles away from my home, didnt do anything out of the ordinary, I was coming off of a stop light, and the engine just started sputtering and then just died. I pulled over and tried to start it again, and it at first wouldnt start at all, then it would start and get to about 1000 rpm and die, and if i took out the key, and put it back in and try once more, it would go to 3 or 4000 rpms and then it would cut out and sputter till it died. It seems like a fuel issue, but im honestly not sure. Im thinking either the pump or a clogged fuel line (filter). The garage that it was at had been running the car on 87 octane gas that was 2 years old, and it ran totally horrible then until i put 93 and some gas treatment in it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Ive checked the oil, and its clean. None of the spark plug wires are disconnected.

And if it helps it throws codes, 21, 24 and 42

I just took a second look at it, because this problem just happened very suddenly, it doesnt seem like it could be fuel but still could be. I noticed that there was a vacuum line not attached to anything on the intake. there are 2 hoses coming off of the intake right where the diagnostic box is, the one that is disconnected is just hanging there... any guides or suggestions as to where this hooks to? I think this might be the problem and an easy fix. Well im crossing my fingers anyway

A picture of what you are talking about would help. There are hoses and connectors everywhere on the engine, sometimes it is difficult to know which one is the hose that you are referring to.

It's really hard to tell from those over exposed pictures. But in pic 116, I believe that hose goes to the boost pressure sensor. Thats the unit next to the diagnostic port. From what I can tell from the pic.
I can't see anything in the other pic.

OK, from what I can tell,in pic 112, the other hose goes to the vacuum line on the fuel rail.
And I'm assuming both those loose hoses are coming from the passenger side underneath the intake plenum.
Both of the hoses definately need to be connected..

Ok, so the hose goes to the boost pressure sensor, i reconnected it and it starts and i can keep it running as long as i dont let it idle. If i give it a lot of gas it will slowly chug until it gets past 3 or 4k rpm and then it will act like its somewhat fine. But the car will stay running as long as im giving it gas, otherwise it dies fast, and the oil/battery light come up. Ill run the diag on it again later to see if any new codes come up, right now its getting 21,24, and 42 Which i know wont do this

The one hose was disconnected, the other was connected. I connected the one that was disconnected to the turbo pressure sensor. So now both are connected and its still having problems.

If its giving you codes then why dont you just reference them to see what the problem really is instead of speculating?

Ive already checked the codes, they are the same as they were before the problem and they are O2 sensor, speedo, and air intake temp sensor. They were up before the problem was happening too.
