what do i need to do to use an hks turbo?

i have an hks gt2535 turbo in the trunk of my skyline that i wanna use on the mr2, since its a ball bearing unit and works good on 2 liters. my question is, what do i have to do to use it? i mean, it probably doesnt bolt on difectly, so what do i have to do. basically, i dont want to pay money on a stock turbo off another car, so i wanna see it this will be better. it may be a little more money to do it this way, but maybe its more cost effective...like i will have a quicker spool and more power with the hks unit. if it isnt, i need to know, cause my japanese father in law will have to mail it to me in north carolina

i can't say that i know much about this turbo, but i would imagine that all you'd need is to get a manifold made to bolt the turbo to the engine. after that, all you'd need to is to bolt it to the intercooler and tune it for your engine.

You will need to have either a custom manifold or manifold adaptor made. If the turbo is external wastegate, you will need to buy a wastegate as well. A new turbo->IC pipe will probably be needed as well.

do you know of any shops that i can talk to that make or sell the hardware needed that would know? i have a relatively small window to get the work done, because i have to go to orlando to do the work. i will only have a couple days to do it, so if a part is missing and there is no way to get it in time, i will have to pay for everything to get put back on the car, and possibly be late getting back to base in north carolina.

dont forget about how the downpipe will bolt up to the flex pipe. I'm sure youre not gonna use the primary cat with this.
and if youre trying to do this in only a few days, it will not get done. especially when you dont know anyone who will do the custom work.
