where can i buy this at?

so after much internet researching i finally found out the name of the piece im missing. It's called the "roof side ventilator"


i went to the toyota dealership and they have it for $80. and they said im going to need a gasket because thats probably why it fell off in the first place. and it will cost me a total of $112 or so. I dont know much about it so what do you guys think about what they told me? It seemed like alot of money for a piece of plastic you know?

Does anyone know where else i could find this piece at?
