1991 Toyota MR2 5S-FE Tune-Up

So,

My first post in the MR2 forums, yay.

So, a buddy of mine has a SW20 with a 5S-FE on it. It's a 5spd T-Top with around 140k miles.

It's been parked in a garage for almost 2 years, but prior to that, it ran fine.

We just started it up today, swapped batteries and added some motor oil. Cranked and ran fine. Idle was a bit high after about 10 minutes, at 1000-1100rpm, and wasn't steady. It sounded like it was misfiring when revved up a bit to 3k rpm or so.

I'm just wondering what kinda maintence or tune-up we should do on it to get it running well.

I was thinking of the following:

Oil Change
-5W-30 good?
Flush Power Steering
-Dex III?
Flush Tranny
-Dex III again?
Flush Transaxle
-Dex III as well?
Flush Brake Fluid
-Dot 3/4?
Flush Coolant
-Do I need Toyota coolant, or just pre-mixed coolant from AutoZone?

To fix bad idle:
Spark plugs
Spark plug wires
Timing belt
-From Toyota OEM Parts
Distributor Cap and Rotor
-Where can I find this?

Seafoam and fuel injector cleaner?

Anything else you'd recommend I do or check?

Thats pretty much covers it. As far as what grades of fluid to use, consult the manual. I have the turbo, so I don't know what the N/A takes.
Most auto parts stores carry seafoam.
