My new gen 3

Well i got tired of constantly fixing my built 5s, so i took the plunge and had the motor swapped. So i now have a stock 3sge all i have had to do is get a new throttle cable for.

What are your plans for it? And what were the problems you had with the 5s? Just curious...

Im just going to leave it stock, unless i get a killer deal on some headers for it. then when it dies rebuild it and see what kind of monster i can make. The 5s had high cp pistons, at least 272 cams(probably bigger). and the previous owner took off the aftermarket ignition and safc to make it "reliable". I had problems with spark plug wires getting stuck in on the spark plugs. coolant hoses breaking and a bad alternator. and when they rewired the oem ignition they did a crappy job and there were times when the car wouldnt start because one of those wire had become loose or disconected.
