what other mods do you currently have?.....if you are on stock turbo...cams won't make much of a difference...i would spend the money on an aftermarket IC before the cams....

What are you waiting for? If your engine is in good shape, you're probably only boosting about 10 psi. Up the boost to 15 psi. You will see a significant difference and HP increase.
What type of boost controller do you have? I do recommend that you don't up the boost until you have a boost gauge to measure it.

Raise the boost. You might need to disable fuel cut, depending on the car.

What are your final power goals? What type of engine (gen2, gen3) do you have?

HKS cams are a bit of overkill and pretty pricey. The Adjustable cam gears can give you good results by properly setting them on the stock camshafts. Or you can do 3SGE or gen3 3SGTE cams for cheaper.

Before doing cams, I'd look into methanol injection. That will let you raise the boost a bit more and also provide better intercooling.
