'91 3sgte turbo

I'm going to install an Autometer Boost/Vacuum gauge. I have a Greddy Profec II EBC already installed . I wanna tap the boost line of the Greddy EBC in the cabin with a T for pressure/vacuum source.
My question is-is that too much for 1 boost line? Or should I run a separate boost line for the Autometer?

The boost line should be separate. I think i had mine run to the port comming off the back of the intake manifold.

Ideally, you should run two lines... but the difference won't be noticeable. I'm currently T'd into my boost controller and boost gauge (Blitz DSBC and Omori).... but when I tune I will have a dedicated line ran to another boost gauge. I'd say for day to day driving... you'll be fine.

Hey Russ, Where did you tap power for the light in your gauge?

If you have a gauge that allows you to supply EXTRA current to make it brigher... I'd tap it into the knob that controls the brightness of your dash lighting so that it can also be controlled. If the gauge requires a resistor to dim it (like the Omori).... you can pretty much tap it anywhere. I went into my stereo wiring.
