1991 MR2 Front license plate

Ok..I got pulled over yesterday.
1st time ever in Wisconsin. Been here 15yrs.

Missing front plate.

Well yea, the car came from Florida (not required there)
and I dont have a bracket or holes or anything. Zip.

Can we still get an OEM bracket/bolts/etc ?

Any ideas on what I can do that doesnt look bad?
What do you guys do?

PS. The cop didnt give me a citation or even a warning.
My MVR is perfect at least...but he wants me to get this fixed.
Oddly enough, it is likely by July - we will no longer need front plates
so the state saves money. Of course they wont lower the fees naturally.

my suggestion is try and get away with it until july. Dont molester the front bumper by drilling holes in it. The stock braket is a very simple cheap peice that puts 2 holes in the front and i wouldnt really advise doing it. But if you truely feel you must then here are the toyota part numbers and approx. price

52121-17050 BRACKET FRONT LICENCE PLATE MOUNTING $25
75111-17010 BRACKET FRONT LICENCE PLATE (FOR BEHIND BUMPER WHERE BOLTS GO INTO) $5 EA
90119-06318 BOLT FOR BRACKET $2 EA

I believe this is it. There may be another misc part i dont remember

Thanks.
Well, it isnt for sure that we will not be needing a plate come July...
So I might as well do something. Maybe someone has a tip/photo on mounting the plate inside the open area under the bumper but above the lower facia...

Well the only way i could think to do that would be to custom make some kind of bracket that bends up 90 degrees after being bolted to the underside of the bumper opening. Or just 2 L-type brackets. Again these would have to be custom installed. Pretty basic type of custom work though
