3 S GTE Specialty Tools

Hi, I've been looking for the 3SGTE head stud socket. I've checked all the local parts houses, and they dont carry it. I've done countless searches on google for it, and all I see are people talking about it, and nowhere i can find it. I know Snap On makes the specialty tool, can someone point me in the right direction?? -thanks.

Matco, SnapOn sell them. It's a 12pt 12mm hex.
