2nd Generation Help

Ok So I Was Told That Something With My Ecu Was Wrong Where Can I Go To Check What Exactly Is Wrong? Ive Done The Diagnose Check Nothing Reads Wrong... Now Just In Case Someone Asks Im Having Problems Reving Higher Than 500 Rpms I Was Told It Wasnt A Rev Limiter I Changed Spark Plugs,distributer,ect... Plz Help Me That Whole 5000 Rpm Supudder Is Getting Really Annoying

I guess that was a Type-O and not 500rpm's but 5000.

Go thru all the systems.
Check your fuel filter.Make sure it isn't clogged and the engine is starving for fuel.Check fuel pump also.
Check your air filter. Make sure it isn't clogged and your engine is starving for air.Check AFM flap isn't stuck or restricted.(DO NOT REMOVE SCREWS!)
Check all vacuum line/hoses for cracks and leaks.
Check all IC heses for leaks.
Check fuel injectors. make sure they're not clogged.
Check all ignition components.-Spark plugs, Wires, Cap, Rotor.
The ECU make have detected a problem and put you in safe mode. It will keep your boost and rpms down.

^ When you check your spark plugs and wires, etc., make sure they are hooked up right.
