Water not draining on my convertible MR2

Does anyone know where the drain tubes are on a 2001 MR2 Spyder? The problem I am having is everytime in rains, water is collecting behind the seats in the side pockets on the sides. This water then runs into the two storage compartments also behind the seats. The water is collecting on both sides of the car. I know there are drain tubes/plugs where water should run out, but no one including Toyota Dealership knows about this. It seems so simple to fix but no one can do it. They are clogged with leaves likely. Can anyone help??

Check where the sides of the top go down into the body. The Spyder is notorious for getting leaves and pine needles trapped in there
My did the same thing everytime we had a good rain. Water collecting behind the seats, in the storage compartments and in the cup holder in the center.
