Vent fuse & relay?

First I'd like to say "hey from the new guy". I bought a 93 mr2, what a blast to drive, but the A/C's not working and it's been over 100 here. Took it in to a friends shop for him to charge it and he said the compressor was bad so I had him purge the system of the R-12 and am changing it to R134. I noticed in the fuse box there is no fuse or relay in the spots mark "vent" are these for the A/C? If not what? DoI need them? Thanks

There is a separate 10A fuse called "A/C" located in the front compartment.

Thanks much, I saw that fuse but just wondering about the one marked "vent" it appears to have one leg diabled. Used for another model?
