Aw11 With 20v Problem

Hello , to all . I have installed the 20v black top in my AW11 , & it's super !
There are a few things though that I question . When I run the car it sputer's & doesn't repond to well . It takes a few seconds to react .& also alot of black smoke comes out ,but shortly goes away . Is it running to rich ?
What Tuner would best work for N/A ? Example : E-manage system or Apex AFC . ? Need opinion's anyone ..

have you disconnected the power from the battery to reset the ECU? Have you had the swap in there long? This is a learning ECU and the first time I started mine it did react slowly to the gas pedal. I had to wait a good day or 2 before it was really running right.
