anything is possible, but don't expect this to be an easy project, or affordable.

i think u should look into boosting that b16a instead...sourcing a turbo kit for that motor would be easy....transplanting a 3SGTE into a honda...is gonna be costly...but like seanmr2 said...anything is possible with enough money....

Toyota engines simply don't belong in any Honda.

compression on a honda can't be no more then 9:1??...i know a few local guys that r boosting b-series and are making some serious power with it....without sleeving the block and running forged pistons....of course u'll have to run moderate to low boost..

The compression ratio on a B16A1 is closer to 10.5:1 if not higher. You can definately boost it, but tuning is what'll save you from broken parts.

the Compression Ratio is 10.2 plus i want to run hight boost. But i don't want to run forged pistons and sleeving. you told me to run a b18c earlier and the Compression Ratio is 10.6:1. Honda engines have really high Compression Ratio's to run a good turbo
SO what do u think i should do??

if u want to run high boost...u'll have to have a built motor..top to bottom end....and an EMS to tune it.....ur interest in making a truly frankenstien car is gonna cost u more then u think....

look at the whole import drag scene....the fastest cars out there are boosted hondas with b series motors...proven to be fast....the 3SGTE motor is still so far behind...we've only had a handful that have run anything close to 10 sec etas......

hey jdm, forget the 3sgte engine, and buy yourself a 1.8l or 2.0l block from a teg or CRV and make yourself an LS vtec or a b20 frankenstein

what would be the point to doing this swap? it makes nos sense , it would still just be a honda, do you not like the MR2?
