Turbo timer, ignition help,91+ mr2

Alright heres my problem, ok you know how on your ignition you have 3 selections.
1. you have the ACC.
2. you have the On
3. you have the Start

Well here's my problem, on my ignition the ACC. dosen't work when i turn the key to it. But it does power up when I turn the key to on. I want to know whats wrong because i need my turbo timer to work properly, but i n order for the turbo timer to work i need the ACC. thing to work becaue that is the power the timer runs on when you pull the key out.

The help that I would like to know is DOES ANY ONE KNOW IS THE 91 + mr2 have and ACC.( accesories) Fuse. ANd if they do can you tell me where its at. Or is their a like riggin way that i can By-pass my ACC. wire to the battery so that my turbo timer will power up.

Any help will help me, because I'm really tired of sitting in the car and waiting for the oil to cool down
