2.0l turbo to 3sgte

hey i was going to buy the 3sgte engine and i just wanted to kno if the stock turbo fits on the engine, or does it come with a new turbo already. This question may seem dumb but i just bought a 1991 mr2 last week and trying to get some more power out of it. My dad is a mechanic and im sure he would install the engine for me so I wus also wondering how much the new engine would cost and if theres any extra work in putting it in like making room. Any input is appreciated

The 3S-GTE is a turbocharged Toyota engine, hence the 't' in the engine code.

So, let me get this right? You have the 2.0L-Turbo engine in your car and you want to swap in a 3S-GTE? The 3S-GTE is what would already be in your car if it is turboed! If it is a 2.2 L N/A then, upgrading to the 3S-GTE would be an option, allthough I think selling your 5SFE powered two, and getting a stock-3sgte powered mr2 would be the way to go.
