1993 MR2 Turbo Won't Start?

I have removed the starter and had it checked. It was fine. I have checked all connections and they are fine. The battery is reading 12.5 volts off. It is fine.

When I try to start the car I hear a click sound. Not multiple clicks, just one. What is the problem?

if you just hear a click, it sounds like an electrical problem. youll know if its your starter, its makes all kinds of noises. check your elctrical connections. i bet thats what the problem is
