Hey guys,

I just bought myself some JDM clear corner lenses for my 91 MR2 Turbo.

I am having a bit of trouble removing the OEM front yellow corner lenses from my car.

In the manual on page 168 it shows a picture of the removing process, however, I can't figure out how to pop the lens out.

If anyone has done this could you please tell me how and/or post pics.

Okay, I was able to get the old lenses out and prep the new lenses. Now my problem is that the bulb harness does not fit with the lens harness.

Can anybody who has done this modification let me know how to go about the fitment?

I assume I'm going to need to cut the lens harness to fit the nubs on the bulb harness. However, I do not want to cut away too much and then leave the bulb harness loose.

Info on parts: JDM OEM 98 clear corner lenses.

are there 2 sockets or one socket? it should fit perfectly in.
if they are 2 sockets that means that one of your sidemarkers are suppose to be in there.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I got it to fit. I went to PEPBOYS and purchased a generic bulb harness to fill the second hole. This way I can prevent water or weather corrosion from occurring within the lens. Also, it took me a while to figure out the fitting but I was able to get the bulb harness from my car to fit the new lens lock.

Case closed!
