mr2 mk1 radio wiring color descriptions

Hi guys,
Been doing a lot of searching online to get some info on the radio wiring harness for a 1gen mr2 but to no avail....
I was just wondering if someone could tell me what each wire is for.... I looked at the diagram from the mr2 repair manual but the color code in the diagram doesnt seem to match the colors of this wiring harness that I have...

I just really want to know which ones are for the power, the front right and left speakers... I am gonna be installing my mk1 radio onto a different toyota just to be able to keep an element of the MR2 with me...
by the way, what is the tiny lone harness? stereo?

Thank you so much guys! :th:

Thats not a stereo harness....unless you actually pulled that off the back of your radio!!!

All toyota's after 1983 use the same wiring harness, except for the ones with Amplified systems. All MK1 MR2's use the same harness and do not have amplified systems.

I dont know what plug you have there at the moment, but its definatley not a stereo plug. Stereo plugs are usually white, accesories are black or brown. you may have the plug that goes to the HVAC controls and that lil blue one may go to the light on it.

yes you are right. I got this from the original mr2 mk1 radio. The reason I wanna know what each wire is is because i want to install the oldschool radio on a newer car. I wanna keep a piece of toyota automotive history with me since i dont really need a CD player... im more of a radio show type of guy so I dont really care about a stereo sounding car.

thanks
