So I just picked up a 1991 mr2 turbo from one of the guys i work with. It has about 50k miles on it, interior is in perfect condition. The only thing wrong with it is the guy before me tried to cut the lug nut off the front tire. So i have to get new wheels for it. Anyways, jdm spec. Runs great, hks exhaust and i paid 3000 for it. Just wanted to make sure i got a good deal. Always wanted an mr2, so brand new to it

I don't have a clue about the price, don't have one, but just watching on here they seem to be good cars and some folks get crazy milage out of them. If they weren't so rare around here I might have got one for my work car.
You've got '93 tail lights. Nice!
Looks to be in good shape. Most guys get 5K or better for those.
How about a shot of the engine bay?
Considering he is from the UK I bet he meant 3000 pounds which is roughly $4873.19 USD. Which is still not a bad deal. But its about the average price those cars usually go for around here. I dont know how the MR2 climate is in the UK scince I dont live there but you could be right on the money there as well.

That's an awesome price for what looks to be a clean car with very low miles. I would love to find something like that near me.

so if u just bought an mr2, what would be the very first thing you would do to it ? im lookign for ideas on what to do next. I already have a new exhaust, just bought new wheels and tires because it needed them. but besides that its pretty much stock

1sy thing is to make sure all systems are in good running condition. Belts, hoses, vacuum lines, cooling system, brakes, ignition system and suspension.
Then the 1st thing I would do is buy an electronic boost comtroller, illiminate the boost cut, then up the boost to 15psi. You will see an immediate 40+HP.
