Taking delivery of this next weekend.

Totally stock 1991 non-turbo MR2.

I will only put liability on this.

I have a spotless driving record.

What is the insurance rate for a nearly 20 year old car?

What should I expect to pay?

I currently own a 2004 Pontiac Vibe that I have full coverage for, for $70 per month.

Any info would be appreciated, especially anyone over 40 with clean driving record.

I'm 53, have no tickets, violations. I pay 65.00/mo for full coverage on a '91 MR2 Turbo.
But if you value the car, I would put full coverage on it in case something happens so your MR2 is fixed too.

I am younger but I pay $45/month for minimum coverage on 4 vehicles and I have a moderate amount of speeding tickets and (not at fault) collisions. If you only put liability coverage and the MR2 isn't listed as your primary vehicle, I'd expect you to pay less than $20/month extra for it.
