Buying an MR2, few questions...

I know there is a FAQ thing and a search, but I figured it might be easier to get em all in one shot.

I'm thinkin about getting a 91 MR2 turbo. I don't know much about MR2's, but it has a Jspec 3SGTE motor in it with 31k on it. He says its the 225 hp version. It also has a CT20b turbo, Aussie 3" downpipe, HKS intake, HKS SS BOV, HKS EVC4 (not sure what that is), HKS FCD (not sure what that is), GReddy SP (not surewhat that is), TRD clutch, TRD shifter. Can someone clear up what the parts listed that I said I don't know what they are? Also, how strong is the fueling system on MR2's? Would the motor be in strong shape with the mods on it, or would I have to redo the fueling system to get it running right? Thanks in advance for any help, info, advise. This will be my first turbo car, I'm coming from a 95 BMW M3, so I hope I'm not disappointed.

HKS fcd is a fuel cut defender....allows u to run higher boost (stock fuel cut is 12psi)....HKS EVC is an electronic boost controller...Greddy SP is the exhaust system.....stock fuel system is good for up to around 300rwhp.....the ct-20b is a really sought after replacement turbo for the stock ct-26.....it can make nice power n still spool up as quick.....

This car seems heavily modded on the electronic components side. Check to see if the mod jobs were done by a professional. Nothing is worse than finding a car with poor electrical installations.

sweet, those were some quick responses too. I should be checking it out sometime this week, I'm gonna make sure a compression and leakdown test is done on the motor prior to a sale to make sure the motor is in good shape. Thanks for the info guys.

A friend of mine also said somethin about blow through MAF's. He's really into DSMs and knows a lot about turbo cars, he wanted me to find out if the MR2's had blow through MAF's so that we could figure out if the BOV vented back into the intake or into the atmosphere.
