suspension/shift/engine questions

Hey everyone, I am a new MR-2 owner and am looking to get some advice from you guys that have had one for a while. First, It is a 91 n/a and I will be swapping in a 3sgte asap(probably in about 3-4 months). What do you think is the best short shift kit for my MR-2? Also I am planning on doing a little bit to the suspension here real soon and will probably be going with a non adjustable strut with lowering spring combo. Any preferences amongst MR-2 owners for what is the best kind to get for this set up? i.e., KYB w/ Eibach springs, etc.. Last but not least, has anyone ever bought a motor from totaljdm.com? If so, how was your experience in dealing with them? I am looking to build this car right the first time, so any other advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
Ryan

Totaljdm.com does not have any 3S-GTE's for 2 - 3 months. I guess that works out pretty good for you though. I have talked to them a few times... they seem pretty reputable... but I don't have first hand experience. I am using ARD Performance out of San Diego, CA. Picking it up next Saturday... they ship anywhere. I will let you know how the swap turns out.
