New Door Hinges

I picked up my new door hinges for my 89 Supercharged MR2. They were black so I picked up a can of matching paint for $5.49 & now they are ready to be installed. My local car club, Toyota Syndicate NW is having an install meet at my house this Saturday so I can have some help while doing this. My drivers door is sagging so this is a much needed repair!

Nice! I did this recently on my '84 Celica and it was great not to have to lift the door as I was closing it anymore.

I do wish I'd painted mine though... brown hinges on a white car.... at least they aren't visible unless you're getting into the driver's seat.

I installed my new door hinges today & it's so nice to have the door close now with no sag & without having to lift at the same time!

Hi, do you mind if i ask how much are the hinges? did u got them from the dealer? i am thinking of fixing my driver side door with the hinge mod using the Napa part but if the price for the hinges are reasonable i might just get them. Appreciate if you can let me know where you got them and how much, thanks.

I got them new from the dealer for $38. I didn't know about any other fix but this was easy as I was able to paint them & switch them out in no time.

Did you get this local? which dealership? cause i just called Scarborough Toyota (Toronto) and the price for each hinge is 87 dollars and with 10% off the least price is 75. The upper and lower hinge would be around 150 bucks plus tax. I would appreciate if you can give me more info on where you got this, i would even order it south of the border even if i have to pay shipping if that is where you got them. It is still a lot cheaper than getting it local, thanks.
