Fuel Pressure and Butterfly Questions

Looking at buying a fuel pressure regulator and a bigger fuel rail...first of all is it worth it (looking at running 16psi on stock ct26)?

Secondly what would be the idele fuel pressure?? 50, 60 psi?

Lastly I removed the butterflies but left the spacer and sealed the holes where the rod went through and I was wondering if there was anything that I would need to compensate for???
For example, I had a Acura Integra GS-R and I took out the butterflies in it and in order for it to make a difference I had to get a ecu that didnt read butterflies to make the simulation that the butterflies were never there in the first place. Just wondering if that would also apply??? Thanks for any responses Ray

if u r still on stock turbo....no need to upgrade fuel.....i ran 16 psi w/o any problems.....stock fuel system is good for under 300rwhp....u should look into purchasing an upgrade IC before u worry about fuel mods....
