ECU Upgrade and OBD Questions

still trying out new things so bare with me...alright I know that worldwide in 92 all vehicles were changed from OBD0 or non-OBD to OBD1. I have a 91 Mr2 and was wondering if it would accept 92 and up ECU's.

With that being said what would be the best upgraded ecu or program out there...I heard that the G-Force or the Fueltronics were pretty good?? Or would it better to just get a VPC, FCD or AFR?? Or would it be easier to just go ahead and get the full AEM stand alone system?

Thanks

Looking at running high 12s on street tires

well lets see.....to run 12s on street tires.....u'll need around 300rwhp and some decent driving.....the safest route to go would be to go full stand alone/EMS....but IMO for every day driving....this is not the greatest option.....my current set up...i will run 12s with street tires....i'm running tectom ECU (same as G-force unit)...HKS VPC & AFR.....along with T3/T4, upgraded fuel system and greddy IC and other supporting mods.....

ur 91 will not be able to use 92+ ECU unless u re-wire the car....
