Exclamation grinding when shifting...syncro?

I have heard of people having this problem before, but I was wondering that when i shift fast and it makes a grinding sound while entering the gear, is it my transmission syncro......how much would it be to fix and how important is it to fix? And yes I know for sure that I have the clutch all of the way in whne I shift...thanks

it could just be worn out clutch lines or maybe you are in need of pedal adjustment or bleeding and new fluid in the system

is it usually 2nd gear? If so, its common on pre-93 turbo trannies.
