i was wondering what is the factory torque setting on head bolts for the 3sgte head? and is apexi metal head gaskets any good?

My BGB says:

Cylinder head x Cylinder blcok:

1st........kg-cm: 500...............ft-lb: 36..............N-m: 49

2nd...............Turn 90º

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cylinder head cover x Cylinder Head:

kg-cm: 195.................ft-lb: 14................N-m: 19
