The guy thats dropping in my engine wants to sell me a turbo engine compartment door w/ the raised vents. He wants $40 for it.... should I do it?

go sleeper and after you smoke someone you can tell them its turbo and piss them off

or get it and preven retarded people in civics and otherwise slow cars from making an ass of themselves, either someone will figure it out sooner or later

Ya... I plan on running a few people sleeper style first. Hyandai GTV6 w/ a huge tach and absolutely no mods. Says he has ran a Vette!? I don't think anyone would really know the differance unless they owned or knew too much about MR2's.... I will probably get it just cause it is a good price .

wouldn't a n/a "hood" raise the temperature of the engine bay considerably?

and get much less cold air on the intercooler?

it wouldnt make much difference....the NA lid is till vented...just not raised...so heat still will dissipate regardless....

Na... that Hyuandi guy is a fool. I ran him in my Supra when the clutch was bad and was still a little ahead of him.
