Gen1 Suspension problems! Need help!!

I drive an 88 mr2 with over 230,000 miles and just dumped about a grand on susp. components but i cant seem to find the (adj. rods?) for the rear wheels that go from the hub assembly to the chassis anywhere but at the dealer. I found new machined pieces online but now cant locate them. the previous owner of the vehicle had it towed and both sides are bent radically, the bushings toast on the passenger side and the wheel wiggles when in the air! If someone can help id appreciate it. I want to get them before i install all my new "goodies".

Thanx for the tip. I think i found what im looking for at horsepowerfreeks.com but it lists them at 175.00 a side. That means i'd have to wait another 2 weeks. Damn!! I need to get it going before the ocean shores get together.

Is there not a salvage yard in your area that might have an MR2 to pull them from?
It would be the cheapest, fastest way to fix the problem.

Ha! With mr2's as popular as they are, theres not one in a wrecking yard within 50 miles lol. I'll check the wesite listed above. Also there is a store in mukilteo wa. called nix 99 off hwy. 99 specializes in toyota's but not sure if they ship parts. They buy up everything in auction before anyone else but they also rape you on parts costs. -They wanted over a grand for a used tranny with over 160,000 miles on it. Gotta keep searching, only a month left before ocean shores meet and i want the susp. tucked before hand cause the wheels, stereo and cat-back are the only mods so far.

I have many of the "lower control arms" as Jedi noted at QUITE a bit cost savings to that money your tossing away. QUITE a bit.

You seem to relish paying $1,000's on parts so you seem not ready to a budget shopper yet?

Republican too?
