Help with draining the transmission fluid

It seems that the bolt has been stripped and any time i try to turn the wrench it slips off. what are my best options since i do need to drain the fluid?

get yourself a new drain plug and washer, because you are going to destroy the old one taking it off at this point. I would use visegrips and go slow and be careful.
