2nd Generation t top leaking

the driver side top is leaking because is missing a seal or a bushing where the top closes in the car, not the eccentrics they are fine, i mean the one in the car, where it put pressure down to close the top ..... any one knows where i could fine one or what can i do to pressure it down the top, i need this a.s.a.p
