Need Help! After tranny fluid changed, light indicator on dash came on.

All,

After changing fluid and drove for a day, the light indicator below the oil indicator came on. Put about 4 quarts of tranny fluid. What else can I do at this time? Put more fluid or what to check.

Thanks.

The yellow indicator light just below the red oil indicator light.

Is this for the tranny fluid?

Thanks for your responses.

Just changed oil about 1,000 miles ago, but did checked the oil level and it was fine.

Hmmm...if there's no indicator light for tranny, then what is this for?

Do you know the light I'm talikng about?

Did you make sure not to mix up the fill and drain plug with each other?

No I didn't because the fill plug was stripped and I have to buy a new one.

I also called the dealer, but they don't know which indicator I'm talking about either. They're saying that if its yellow- it is the engine light, but it does not have the engine logo. It has the oil can logo with a line underneat it.

That makes sense. It is orange w/ oil can logo just beneath the red oil can logo.

It comes on then goes off, but what I notice when it comes on is when I have it a high rpm.

I'll add about a quart of oil and see if it pops up again.

Thanks for the help.
