Steps for radiator flush on an mr2?

Alright I know that these are the normal steps.

1. Let Engine Cool
2. Remove Radiator Cap
3. Remove Radiator Plug and Empty
4. Flush Radiator with water until the water looks clear
5. Empty Overflow container and put Radiator Plug back in
6. Refill the radiator through the cap with 50/50 and some in to the overflow container
7. Start up car

Now On some places they suggested removing the "Air plugs" which I have no clue what that is and secondly am I missing anything?

Which MR2 are you talking about? That would help.

He's got a 2nd gen, but the process is basically the same for all gens.

Bleeding the system of air is crucial, or you'll have over heating problems and/or possibly no heat from your heater.
There is an air **** on the top driverside of the radiator. With engine running, open this valve and this will release the air trapped at the top of radiator reservoir.
There is another valve on the heater core. Use the same procedure to evacuate the air from there.
It's a long long process of bleed and add coolant, then bleed and add coolant, over and over untill system is free of air.
Raising the back end of the car can help speed this process up.
