Hopefully its not the pump because I will have to drop the tank to change it. Do you know how long it takes to change?

Quite a few hours, maybe even the better part of a day/night if it's your first time. I've dropped my tank twice now.
You have to remove the entire e-brake assembly and just unbolt the A/C and coolant pipes. You also have to remove the shifter cables, and fuel tank heat shields. It's still not easy, and it'd help to have a lift, though it's doable on jack stands. You may have issues getting the main filler hose off because the rubber tends to bond quite well. There are two EVAP hoses you need to disconnect as well. The fuel pump and sender connectors are underneath the center panel where the ashtray sits, so some dash disassembly is also needed.
It's just time consuming. While the tank is out, it'd be a good idea to replace the filler gasket and of course the fuel pump housing gasket. The fuel pump sender you can't get a gasket for unless you buy the whole assembly, so don't worry about that.
What you could do is test the fuel pressure before the filter and test it after. That'll tell you if it's the pump or the filter. Or you can change the filter and cross your fingers.
