netural switch

I just changed out an 97 body with 5speed to a 87 body that was set up with auto. I changed out all wiring harness from front to rear. except under the dash. installed clutch peddle. now I have no plug for the clutch start switch. wiring is still on center console for automatic shifter. I need to know where the netural start switch is..cant seem to find it. according to wiring manual it goes from b-w to black. found them under dash comming from starter switch and jumpt them out. I have power to everything else but nothing to starter relay..anybody did anything simular?..can help

find your starter relay. Locate Pin 1 (has a black wire going to it on plug). And then apply 12v to it. do this with the key in the On position. The car should start when you do this or at least crank if you have everything hooked up right. This is the fool-proof absolute bypass of everything else before the starter solenoid itself.

Also, i want to ask...are you re-using the old A/T ECU or did you swap it out for a M/T ECU?

**Edit: Note that ive read that the starter relay is located in the No. 2 Junction block in the engine bay.

Location of Starter relay.
