Who makes the best? B&M or would TRD be better? What are your experiences and opinions on this upgrade? Thanks in advance for your advice!

as with most MR2 owners i also am satisfied with the TRD. Haven't heard anything special about the B&M sshift. Besides, the TRD sshift isn't very expensive.

My friend with a 91' turbo installed a TRD quickshifter and it is very sweet. He got it for around $85 bucks. I think it was about $95 after shipping. He got it from www.toyotaautoparts.com. Just tell them Ben sent you if your interested.

I got the RSe/JonO kit, w/ 93 shifter + speed source bushings ready to go in... Hopefully I'll have a review next week.

Gotta go with the TRD ss. Prices,
TRD-usually around $99
B&M-$150
These are the prices I've seen throughout the web. TRD seems to be out of stock a lot. You can usually find a B&M in stock. If you can find the TRD one in stock, get it! I have had trouble finding one but I will check out that link^. thanks. I tried the $20 ss from ebay. One word. Crap. Doesn't line up properly.
