anyways... as soon as me and my roommate have time to go pick it up (and fix a few things) i'll be getting an 86 mr2 hardtop.... supposedly has a "low mileage" crate motor (but has overheating issues.... won't be too hard to find).... it's not in the best of shape (interior, side mirrors, and sideskirts were taken for another aw11 owner... and the paint is faded) but the body is near perfect with no rust and it runs well (other than the overheating).
i'm expecting the mods on an aw11 are very similar to those i see on other 4ag cars.... And for the aw11, i have plans to make it a track only car (flat black paint, stripped interior, all amenities taken... and possibly a turbo setup...) so, i look forward to the mr2 community as well!!
