I have a leak on my top and when i close the door there's a gap between the rubber strip and the window in rear. How to fix or can i get parts (rubber strips)?

try this first...

Sometimes the seal gets hard and stubborn, apply some vasoline or electrical grease on the seal all around, and put the t-top glass back on the car.

That's how I fixed my leak.

gonna have to try that out.....passenger side leaks a lil under heavy rain but it only seems to leak when i'm driving....if the car is parked...no water gets in....

go to your local toyota dealer and order those.

these replace the giudes in the sides of the ttops and on the car... there the holes the ttops latch into and the holes the metals things from the ttops come out of. there adjustable to make the ttops sit tighter. i jsut replaced mine and it work. there about 28 dollars. the only hard part would be getting the handle off the top... and u jsut use a towel and insert the edge under the handle... aply eqaul amounts of pressure moving the towel back and forth and the handle should pop off.

im a bad explainer
