Aight, turns out there was a miscommunication. Went this afternoon to check her out, and she is a BEAUTY! Pics attached!!
Front lip
The one part of the body that makes me go "ick" - driver-side mount for the door (doesn't look structural, but will require fixing)
Small crack in the front lip
Underbody (driverside floor pan could use a wee bit of work, rest looks pretty decent imo... thoughts?)
Rear end
That little rust bubble on the driver-side RQP flare
looks like the T-tops have a small dent (the one from storing in the back, it would seem).
picture of the dent in the light and one on the frunk (doesn't show up too well, but you can see roughly where they are)
A little bit of the rust
front bumper area (fender, actually)
Faded roof
The exhaust
Tails (apparently from an 86-year car?

)
small dent
The Bad:
2 dents in the frunk (tree branch last fall)
1 dent in driver-side headlight (same branch).
Couple of tiny rust bubbles (when I say tiny, I mean TINY, little bit on the front bumper in front of driver-side wheel, and one small bubble on driver-side 1/4 panel, right on the fender flare (again, it's pretty small).
Little bit of underbody rust (looks pretty good for a 22-year old, but still rust lol)
Needs new front struts, parking brake cable.
Small crack in front lip.
The GOOD:
Body seems to be in fantastic shape, aside from the aforementioned problems.
T-tops have new seals
Steering parts have been overhauled (new bushings, tierod ends, etc)
Tranny is good shape, according to seller.
Was repainted in the last few years (except the roof and c-pillars, which are faded, but no rust there. Paint can be taken care of).
Comes on OEM mags.
Not winter driven (by current owner anyway, but he bought it last year. Doubt anyone would drive a car like this in winter though).
comes with 4 eibach lowering springs (1" drop), not installed.
Custom rear lip, custom exhaust (no muffler, just a resonator).
Everything works, No AC, but has a aftermarket head unit for the stereo. T-tops looks good, all she needs is a new engine to get back on the road.
On a related note, how difficult would it be to swap the OEM 4a-ge for a Redtop (same harness? mount points? etc), since I'm not going to be tackling any super challenging projects until winter break. No playing with the car during the semester
