AW11 Silvertop Swap ECU/Fuel Injector issue

Hey guys,

So the Silvertop swap is just about finished but we are running into problems with the Computer and the Fuel Injector. I bought the MS II 3.57 for the swap but from whats going on is that the MS is sending signals to to the fuel injectors to continuously dump fuel into the cylinders. That in turn is blowing the fuse in the computer(I am not exactly sure which one) but its done it to two fuses.

Has anyone run into this issue while trying to do a Swap? Or know what may be the issues?
