MR2 3sgte engine in corolla 10th gen help

Hello guys.
I installed a 3sgte in a 10th gen corolla.
I am having some problems...

1> Its 3rd gen but from which car it was taken out of like st185,215? as i got it imported from japan.

2> 3rd gear is very slow.

3> The air intake system, inc pipes etc. Are they installed properly or not?

I installed a boost meter yesterday, it shows that i am on 7psi stock. I want to take it to 1bar, is that advisable!

This shows the current acceleration.
