I have 2 different wheels that fit my MR2. My older set is the MR7 which I just had repainted to the car color. I love the style but got bored a couple years ago. At that time I bought a set of O.Z. wheels that I also like. I want to paint them to color match the car too but after seeing my MR7's freshly painted I'm not sure. So I ask for your opinions!
MR7
O.Z.

Really? Only one person has voted on the poll? Where is all the love & help?

That is a tough one...both are very good looking! The OZ's give a better view of your pretty little calipers(could just be the lighting in the picture), but I think I like the MR7's better.
Interesting, I've never heard that thought before.

I voted O.Z., but it's really close. Like 55/45. If the Motegis are 90s ricer, then the 89 is ahead of it's time, right?
Good point, do the MR7's fit the time period of the MR2 better?

Actually, over the past couple of years, I've see tons of the OZ style on all type of cars.I agree it's a tough call, but still think the MR7's win by a nose.
the OZ's have smaller spokes..... and overall the wheels look bigger on the car without saying "look at me... I'm a giant rim"... I think the MR7's have too much of a 'chunky' look to them and don't match the AW11 quite right.
I think I also like the OZ's better because they have more of a lip....

Tough call i like the lip on the oz's but i think that's something that i would see on a miata or a golf/jetta the mr7's fit the straight body lines of the mr2 better... i get tired of seeing curvy rims on blocky cars, especially on late 80's and early 90's hondas lol. p.s. what size are they? on my rim choice i went with 16's for ride comfort my spring/shock combos a little stiff
The poll is tied! Can't get any closer. Sounds like many of you are as sure as I am, meaning that I'm not sure.
Both are 16x7" wheels. I loved the O.Z. wheels when I first bought them but after looking at pictures of my old MR7's I began to think that they looked better on the car. I'm running 205/45R16 tires but I've also thought about going back to a 15" wheel with a 195/50R15 or 205/50R15 tire. SO unsure sometimes.
