Canada How to hook up aftermarket boost gauge??

Hi, i just recently traded one of my old vehicles for a 1991 Toyota Mr2 2.0 turbo with 149,000miles, There is an aftermarket boost gauge on the left side, were they normally would go. All the wires are ran to the engine but left unhooked, i just want to know where to put it in at/ plug it into? the wire/hose has the 2 way plastic tip on the end(which is right)

If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot.
(And if you would like to see pictures that is possible-- Very sharp looking car)

A pic would help.
1 wire is hot and for the gauge light.(red or white) You can source any 12v fuse or wire that only goes on when the key is in the on position. I tapped the radio fuse since it is switched.
The other is ground. (black)Use any metal screw/bolt that goes into metal.
There should also be small diameter hose that runs to the engine bay to the intake manifold to read boost/vacuum.
They're pretty simple.

Do you know if it's a mechanical or electric gauge? If you can get the gauge out of the pod and look at the back you can tell. A mech. will have a port to hook up a vacuum line and probably 2 wires for illumination (power and ground, but it might have a seperate line for a dimmer function), electric will just have wires coming out of the back.

A mechanical will need a hose run to the engine bay. Some people hook it up to the brake booster in the frunk, but really any vacuum/boost source will work. There's an un-used nipple on the back of the intake manifold that is perfect.

If it's an electric gauge, you'll need a hose from a vacuum source to the pressure sensor for the gauge, then wires from the sensor to the gauge.
